Weekend Format

SATURDAY

Mix and Mingle

Everyone will be divided into four skill-balanced teams for the three games on Saturday.

You can request up to two players to skate with (BFF) or against (GRUDGE MATCH). We'll try to accommodate these requests, but our priority is to keep the teams balanced.

Between games, we'll mingle in the conference room (food provided) or the parking lot (free beer), sharing snacks, drinks, and hockey stories.

SUNDAY

Goalies' Revenge

Our goalies give their all during the season, so now it’s their turn to have some fun!

After Saturday’s games, the goalies will get to choose their Captains and together they’ll draft their favorite players to form teams for Sunday’s games.

Looking for items to bulk up our goodie bags for our participants and volunteers.

We are a 501c3 organization, your donations are tax-deductible!

Scorekeepers

Looking for 2 helpers per game-- one to run the clock and one to play the music. 

No experience necessary!

We'll show you how to run the scorekeeping machine and we have an easy-to-use music app.

Rules

This tournament will be governed by USA Hockey playing rules, except where noted below.
The tournament director will resolve any discrepancies or conflicts in the rules. The director's decisions are final.
This tournament is for women 18 years of age and older.
Tourney will be limited to 4 teams, with each team having 10-13 skaters and 1 goalie.
Players can only play for one team.
Subs will be allowed if there is available room and it keeps the balance of the team.
All games will be curfew and will consist of three 12 minute stop-time periods with a 3 minute warm up prior to the start of each game. There will be no overtime to break ties.
Each team can have a 30 second timeout.
Slap shots are allowed, but please refrain from shooting within the circles.
Tournament is non-checking. This will be strictly enforced.
Minor penalties will be 1.5 minutes; major penalties will be 5 minutes; misconducts will be 10 minutes.
Any player assessed a fighting major or a match penalty will be ejected from the tournament. No exceptions. No refunds.
Handshake between teams will take place after each game.
There will be no ice resurfacing between periods.
Locker rooms must be left clean and without damage. Players will be financially responsible for any damage to the facility.
Tournament reserves the right to remove spectators from the arena if they yell at officials, players or coaches, bang on the glass or cause a disturbance.

Payment required to reserve a spot.
If you want to cancel your spot, you will not be reimbursed unless we can find a replacement.
If you cancel after the jerseys have been ordered, you are still responsible for the cost of the jersey.
 
This tournament is for fun.
Anyone being overly aggressive or confrontational will be ejected from the tournament immediately, and could be banned from future tournaments.
No exceptions. No refunds.
